Terms of Service

1. The service
Hodos reads Claude Code, Cowork and Codex logs on your computer. The free scan (npx hodos-cli scan) produces a local report and sends nothing. Hodos Pro lets you set goals and milestones, judges your work segments against them, and sends reports by email. By using Hodos you agree to these terms. You must be at least 14 years old.
2. Trial and billing
- Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed. If you don't subscribe, Pro stops when the trial ends and you keep the free scan.
- Pro costs $2.99 per month or $24 per year (shown as ₩4,900 and ₩39,000 on the Korean page). Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and may add applicable taxes at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Founding members: if you start a trial by December 31, 2026, the price you subscribe at stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active.
- Refunds: a yearly payment is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the charge. Monthly payments are not refunded; cancel any time to stop the next one.
- We will email you at least 30 days before any other price change applies to you.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Hodos to break the law, upload data you have no right to share, interfere with or probe the service, get around usage limits, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Your content
Your goals, cards and reports are yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide Hodos to you. Reports are automated assessments. They can be wrong and are not professional advice.
5. No warranty
Hodos is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Ending the service
You can delete your account at any time. If we discontinue Hodos, we will give notice by email. Your raw logs stay on your computer regardless.
8. Changes
We will post changes here with a new date and email account holders before material changes take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
